THE RULES
🏒 NHL PLAYOFF GOALS-ONLY POOL 🏒
1.
ROSTER SELECTION
- Each participant selects 8 players
- Players can be from any NHL team
- Draft deadline: all 8 players must be submitted before puck drop of the first playoff game
2.
SCORING
- Goals are the only stat that counts. 1 goal = 1 point.
- Assists, points, and plus/minus do NOT count
- Overtime goals count
- Once a player's team is eliminated, that player stops accumulating goals
3.
IN-PLAYOFF ADDITIONS (SUBS)
- Each participant is allowed 2 player additions during the playoffs to replace players on eliminated teams
- Subs can be submitted anytime, but must be in before puck drop of that player's next game
- Once a sub is made, the new player's goals count moving forward — the old player's goals stop counting (already-scored goals stay on your total)
- IMPORTANT: subs cannot be made until Round 2 begins
4.
WINNER
- The participant with the highest total goal count at the end of the Stanley Cup Final wins the pool
- Ties broken by tiebreaker rules: TBD — Buller will decide before the Final if it matters
Disputes resolved by Buller with extreme prejudice.
